Queens Village Celebrates 18 Years

Customers Treated Like Royalty on Customer Appreciation Day
Owners Annette and Titus Runcie opened Queens Village Golden Krust in 2005. Eighteen years later, their restaurant continues to thrive in Jamaica, Queens. For this reason, they decided to give back to the community with their 18th Annual Customer Appreciation Day, featuring free samples of our famous Jamaican patties, succulent Jerk Chicken, delectable fried festival, and fulfilling rice and peas, a charismatic DJ, and guest appearances from Queens Regional Representative Aaron Ambrose and State Senator Leroy Comrie. The event generated a line around the block, with guests traveling from as far away as the Bronx to savor the flavor of Jamaica. Even the bus driver found a way to get her hands on a plate.

Located in Queens, NY, at 218-73 Hempstead Ave, they are open Monday to Thursday from 8 AM until 9 PM, Friday and Saturday 8 AM to 10 PM, and Sunday 9 AM to 6 PM, there’s ample opportunity to stop by this local landmark for a taste of Jamaica. Orders are also available for pickup or delivery on Uber EatsDoorDash, and Grubhub.
